You’ll find these Punjabi street food faves at large festivals, weddings and on street corners across Northern India. Our Aloo Tikki are lovely and crispy on the outside – with a delicious fresh potato, pea and green chili filling on the inside. Moderately spiced, we would say medium, they’re warm on eating but then let all those flavours shine through. Together with our green chili, mint and coriander chutney, they’ll really get your tastebuds zinging. Perfect as a starter or as an accompanying dip when sharing.

How to heat
Remove all packaging
N.B For crispier finish use the oven or an air fryer
MICROWAVE – place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 3 mins (200w)
HOB – Simply place on a dry pan with medium heat and cook until warm through, turning occasionally.
OVEN: Pre-heat your oven to 190ºC / 180ºC fan. Place on an oven tray and cook for 12-14 minutes until piping hot
AIR FRYER: Air fry at 180ºC for around 8 mins for 4 pieces
HOW TO STORE
USING A FRIDGE
Can’t wait to get stuck in? Pop your food in the fridge, but make sure to eat it before the ‘Use By’ date on the lid.
USING A FREEZER
Got real willpower, heh? Pop your food in the freezer as soon as possible (definitely before the ‘Use By’ date) and enjoy it even later. Always remember to defrost food thoroughly in the fridge after removing from freezer – at least 12 hours. Once defrosted, use on same day and do not refreeze.
Packaging and recycling
Our tubs are made with from Kraft recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. They are also biodegradable (in 180 days) and compostable as they are made from sustainable board with a plant based PLA lining.

All our products are classed as perishable goods as they are all sent out fresh and chilled to order. For this reason we do not accept any returns.
