Pakora fritters in a mild and creamy besan-based (chickpea) curry
One of our chef’s most favourite dishes. 100% vegan, we use coconut yoghurt in place of dairy. We think you will love the taste. Central to the dish is the pakora, which is cooked in the sauce and lovely to break into. Works beautifully served on a bed of rice. Rich in gram flour (chickpea flour), it’s also a pretty healthy as gram flour is known to boost collagen formation and is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties.

How to heat
MICROWAVE – Keep lid on as it is double vented and does not need piercing or removing and heat for 4 mins (200w)
HOB – Simply empty contents into the saucepan and heat gently and stir occasionally until piping. N.B don’t be too intense with the heat as you will spoil the texture of the dish.
OVEN: Pre-heat your oven to 190ºC / 180ºC fan. for 12 to 15 minutes until piping hot, remove lid carefully and leave to stand for one minute before eating. Do not cook without lid as it will dry out the sauce. Our tubs are oven safe up to 220c.
HOW TO STORE
Use by date given is for fresh delivery
Suitable for freezing and reheating (Defrost for 24 hours before reheating)
Keep in same container as it is freezer safe or move to your own if required.
Packaging and recycling
Our tubs are made with from Kraft recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. They are also biodegradable (in 180days) and compostable as they are made from sustainable board with a plant based PLA lining.

All our products are classed as perishable goods as they are all sent out fresh and chilled to order. For this reason we do not accept any returns.
