Mutton-like curry with a spicy wok fried green chili and black pepper base

A hot and hearty dish, great for any spice connoisseur or someone looking for an authentic spice experience. This is our hot version of the railway mutton curry and plays more on the Indo/Pakistani Punjabi karahi style of cooking. The base is fiery and warm with green chilies and cracked black pepper fried in mustard oil. Karahi style cooking is still widely popular in Lahore and in Punjab on both sides of the border. Instead of meat, our mutton-like chunks are a magical combination of shiitake mushroom, soy and wheat protein in a scrummy curry sauce.

How to heat

Everything is freshly prepared,

so only needs reheating.


Heat until piping hot,

stir gently to maintain texture.

your food in the freezer as soon

as possible (definitely before the

‘Use By’ date) and enjoy it even

later. Always remember to defrost

food thoroughly in the fridge after

removing from freezer – at least 12

hours. Once defrosted, use on same

day and do not refreeze.

Our tubs are made with from Kraft recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. They are also biodegradable (in 180days) and compostable as they are made from sustainable board with a plant based PLA lining.

All our products are classed as perishable goods as they are all sent out fresh and chilled to order. For this reason we do not accept any returns.
