Railway Curry
£9.50
Mutton-like chunks in a rich caramelised red onion gravy
Meat-free and packed full of flavour, this is our most popular vegan curry. Historically synonymous with the British Raj in India, Railway Mutton Curry was a mild dish that could be served to western guests. Instead of meat, our mutton-like chunks are a magical combination of shiitake mushroom, soy and wheat protein in a scrummy curry sauce. A great option if you’re introducing meat eaters to all the promise and flavour of vegan cuisine.
