Tandoori marinated jackfruit wings with a sugar cane stick centre
We’ve made our own hack Biff’s Jackfruit Wings. Our version transforms them using a wonderfully deep marination with tandoori masala, coconut yoghurt, fenugreek and more. They have a lovely sugar cane stick in the centre, which is a wonderful treat as it feels so nostalgic to enjoy chewing on a fresh sugar cane, just as people do back in the Punjab.

Produced in an environment that handles gluten, soy, sesame, mustard and tree nuts. Items with any of the above allergens are packaged and stored in isolated conditions.

How to heat
Everything is freshly prepared,
so only needs reheating.
SAUCEPAN
HOB – Simply place in a saucepan with medium heat and cook until warm through, turning occasionally but very gently to not break the momo’s as they are delicate.
MICROWAVE
(850W) for 2 mins.
OVEN COOK
Heat (180oc to 200c) for 8 to 10 mins.
HOW TO STORE
Pour contents into a non-metallic
container, cover and store.
USING A FRIDGE
Can’t wait to get stuck in? Pop your
food in the fridge, but make sure
to eat it before the ‘Use By’ date
on the lid.
Not suitable for freezing as they are delicate and may not retain quality

Our tubs are made with from Kraft recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. They are also biodegradable (in 180days) and compostable as they are made from sustainable board with a plant based PLA lining.

All our products are classed as perishable goods as they are all sent out fresh and chilled to order. For this reason we do not accept any returns.
