Vegan Punjabi Pakora
A tasty combo of potato, spinach and onion dipped in a chickpea flour batter
Our gluten-free Punjabi bhajis (aka pakoras) are made entirely from natural ingredients. Filled with a tasty combo of potato, spinach and onion, they’re dipped in chickpea flour batter to create a beautifully golden pocket. Chickpea flour is high in fibre and known to have less of an effect on blood sugar than wheat. In the Punjab, where it is more commonly known as ‘besan’ flour, it was often given to people to treat headaches or mental tension.
