Thick and moreish, a fiery tomato, lentil and green chilli curry that delivers a real kick
If you like your spice, you’re going to love this dish. There is plenty of bite, while our slow-cooked lentils make this curry thick and moreish. One of our spiciest dishes, it delivers a real kick. Vindaloo is actually a south Indian dish which traditionally has a heavy play on drier spices with tempering in a dry pan. Our version takes inspiration from that process and includes vegan ghee-based Punjabi tadka – adding vinegar and fresh chillies to give it its own unique flavour.
