“We are really happy to be able to include our Vegan Punjabi Kadhi Curry to the menu as it is a real favorite of our chef’s. There is some science behind how we had to reverse engineer it to make it entirely vegan friendly but the main substitution was to use soya yoghurt in place of dairy. We think you will love the taste and as it’s rich in gram (chickpea) flour it is healthy too as gram flour boosts collagen formation and is renowned for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. It is also nice when served on a bed of rice. Central to the dish is the pakora which is cooked in the sauce and lovely to break into the dish as you work through it.”
